How does ‘The Service’ work?

Once you have chosen your windows, doors and received your quotation, agreed the finite detail and paid your deposit, we will conduct a full site survey to ensure a smooth installation and verify all quotation details are correct.

Our Operations Department will maintain contact with you, and once the survey has been returned and confirmed, a convenient installation date will be scheduled. On the day of installation our team will prepare and protect the area around each replacement and complete the works within the agreed time scale. We aim to keep any disruption of your daily routine to an absolute minimum.

Assurance And Follow On Care

Once you have paid your initial deposit, your project is registered with IWA.BIZ Independent Warranty. After the work has been completed and final balance received, we inform both the IWA and Fensa who then issue you with the guarantee certification (10 Year) directly to you.

On the rare occasions something does go wrong this will not be for long! We have huge amount of experience in solving all issues quickly and efficiently, making sure it is fixed for good. This provides our customers peace of mind, knowing that you are supported and can rest assured in the knowledge that we are not happy if you are not happy.
